Ruby Developer

Are you looking for a challenge? Do you want to write critical code that enables thousands of people to sell online? Come hack with us!

At OmbuShop we release features in small batches. We have 2-weeks sprints, daily scrum meetings and a Lean Startup mentality to release features that improve the UX for sellers, buyers and web designers.

We encourage contribution to open source projects; and the usage and development of open APIs. We develop in Ruby, Javascript; host on AWS; manage our cards on Trello and virtually hang out on HipChat.

We like to use MySQL, Redis, Git, Rails, jQuery, SASS, RSpec, Cucumber but we are open to Sinatra, Heroku, Postgres and other tools and libraries.

Some of your responsibilities

  • Improving our platform for our designer partners.
  • Integrating a wider variety of payment gateways.
  • Scaling our platform to support our increasing traffic.
  • Engineering solutions for our shops to sell more online.
  • Building our API and integrating with other services.

We want

  • A decision maker. Someone detail-oriented, but also pragmatic.
  • At least 2 years of experience on web development.

Asistente en Atención al Cliente

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Asistente en el área de Atención al Cliente para incorporar de manera inmediata.

Requisitos:

  • Excelentes habilidades comunicacionales en español
  • Muy buen manejo de relaciones interpersonales
  • Flexibilidad, proactividad y dinamismo
  • Manejo avanzado de Internet
  • Un año o más de experiencia en posiciones similares
  • Estudiante o graduado en comunicaciones
  • Capacidad e interés en aprender sobre una plataforma en Internet con una base de usuarios masiva

Tareas:

  • Atención telefónica para clientes de Argentina, México y Chile
  • Recepción de consultas por mail y chat online
  • Tareas administrativas
  • Asistencia a Directores y Gerentes
